Happy Traveler!

This past weekend we took a vacation to Southern California.  Grant was an awesome traveler, barely complaining the whole trip.  Everyone that met him thought he was such a delight!  In addition to meeting lots of friends and family, Grant went swimming for the first time and visited his second Major League ballpark.  Here he is with cousins Lee and Amanda watching the Dodgers play the Angels in Anaheim.

Father's Day

Today is a big day in the Lewallen house.  Not only is it Father's Day, it is also Grant's 4 month birthday!  To celebrate Jimmie, we went to breakfast and Grant got his daddy a gift certificate to his favorite store.  To celebrate Grant, we are going on a walk this afternoon around Alki Beach.

Week 16

Grant is showing off one of the gifts his future girlfriend Lauren Halverson got him (Lauren's mom was Jimmie's boss at AAC).  Not even 4 months old and he is already getting spoiled by cute older girls from Dallas! :-)

The Artist

Grant's first work of art displayed proudly on the fridge.  (Hint: it is the German flag created during German week in his classroom).  Next week they explore Paraguay.  By the time he turns 1, we expect he will be speaking over 10 languages!!! :-)
