6 month fun!

What a big week for the little guy!  Not only did he turn 6 months old, but he ate solids (cereal and carrots) for the first time and got to play with his Auntie Sherri!

Grant's new house

Things have been busy in Seattle.  Last Wednesday (8/1) we closed on our new home, which is located just two miles south of our townhouse.  As of this past Tuesday we were 100% moved in and about 5% unpacked.  There is a lot more work a head of us, but we are up to the challenge. 

Grant loves his new place, and will soon love his yard once it is mowed and weeded :-).  Jimmie and I can't wait to see the little guy grow up here.  We already met a lot of the neighbors, who are all very nice and mostly with children.   One neighbor shared that there are 17 boys under the age of 4 on our street alone!  Boy (no pun intended), we are in for some fun summers...
